Uskavi booking rules
The rented rooms appropriated from 15:00 to 12:00 the following day if nothing is agreed. When only one of the beds in a room is used, that counts as a single room which means an addition of SEK 50.
The appointment is binding on both parties when the booking fee, (20% of the total) is paid on Bg: 462-1918. The booking fee is included in the total amount and therefore no extra charge.

Service
If serving is commissioned, the number of foodguests and if there is some allergies in the group, we will know at least a week before arrival. The number who indicated is the minimum number we charge for.

Cancellation
Cancellations of rooms will be made no later than 56 days before arrival then be late fees charged as follows:
Cancellations last 56 days before arrival = no late fees.
Cancellation 55 to and 28 days before the arrival = We keep booking fee
Cancellation 27 to 14 days before the arrival = We charge 50% of the total amount
Cancellation 13 to "0 days before arrival = We charge the entire cost.

Payment
Payment is made at the departure with cash or card. If bill will be approved it must first be confirmate of the Uskavigårdens manager. The invoice must be paid within 10 days from the date of invoice. Billing fee applies.

Cleaning
Cleaning and bedsheets is not included in the accommodation price but can be hired on Uskavigården. Do you not clean itself, do not hesitate to order a final cleaning. Final cleaning costs SEK 500 per cottage and SEK 150 per room.
A fee of 1 500 is charged if you do not clean or if your cleaning is not done according to the instructions in the room.

Other rules
Smoking and drinking are not allowed in our rooms and cottages.
Last 23:00 it will be quiet in the area.
